Eva's 2 monther

So, the peanut is no longer a peanut. She is weighin in at 12lbs 12 ozs and 24.5 inches long. She in the 75th %tile for both weight and height and her noggin was 16 inches (storin all that BRAIN power!) My poor lil booboo got 2 shots today and an oral vaccine. :( she HATED that. She is definitely out of sorts from it too. I am seriously thinking about staggering her vaccinations. It's just too much all at once. Any opinions on that? Anyway, besides that - she is "perfect" (Dr. Coven's words, not mine.. although I totally agree!!!) and is growing awesome.

I had my OB 12 wk PP check up and I have a great uterus. Dayum, I havent heard THAT line in a long time!! :)

On another note, I also met with my boss today. I am going back to work. :*( I am going to miss Eva, but fortunately its only going to be part time to start, and then I will see where I am at that point. In fact, I agreed to go in on Wed!! Yikes. But.. if I dont go back, no more spending, and you all know I have a problem with THAT!! lol.. And eventually, I would have to BF everyone. My husband wouldn't mind, but I dont know if Ella is ready to go back on the boob!!

Of course I haven't been around. Shocking I know.. hehe. But I had Kara and Olivia roll into town and then Angelique, Avery and Cole right on their coattails! I barely checked email never mind BLOGGGGGGING. Haha... We had such a good time. These visits are much different now that the kids are growing into their own people. They get along GREAT :) I miss everyone already TOO much and I have tons and tons of photos OF COURSE!!!

Wednesday Kara and I went outlet shopping. Got some good scores at Tommy and Gap. I think maybe a few more things for the Diva.. and we are SET!

Friday we were getting geared up to go to the Bronx Zoo, but it started raining. BOO HOO!! So we went to Christmas Tree Shops and got the gals some dress up clothes.

Can I just tell you how awesome my husband is?? He cooked some great meals and BABYSAT FIVE kids while they were here. I love him. He will never get away :D Even Olivia was calling him Daddy by Day 3 LOL

Saturday was a BEAUTIFUL day!!! We headed out to Stuart's Farm and picked apples and pumpkins! After that we squeezed in a quick trip to the Bronx Zoo.

Sunday Angelique went home (boo hoo) and I had a baptism. My Goddaughter Kayla was Christened. I have no pictures though, cause I had Eva with me by myself. Kayla did awesome!! Ella stayed home with Kara and Olivia. Pat was working. They had some DELICIOUS food after. Cured some of the hangover!! I have a pic of Eva though from that day.

Painting on my anniversary??

Ok, I was complaining about not having the girls room painted. Well, that's done - LOL. Seriously, what ever it was that flew up my ass called motivation, STAYED!! Pat wanted to do it in green like our last apt, but I wanted pink... so we compromised. I painted an accent wall, which I had never heard of until I went to the paint store to get the paint and did that in pink (confetti to be exact) and got green (Celtic folklore) as well. I did the accent wall in pink and then decided to paint the windows the opposite colors as the walls. This was my first ever attempt at painting, so its pretty humorous. I just threw the paint in the plastic bin, stuck the roller in and started. Who knew about trim and all that good stuff?? Never mind all the CRAP aka furniture that is in there. Oh well, anyway... here is the finished product, what do you think??

We keep a memo board of our family above Eva's crib. It was above the changing table. She LOVES to look at it. Ella was the same way!!

Anyway, that's all for today... We are going to get a couples massage for our anniversary gift to each other and have dinner, as soon as we can pawn these kids off on someone. I cant wait! We did it last year + gifts too, but it was rushed and not as great as it could have been.

Can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE block eBay from my computer? Between that and Craigslist, I might put us in the poor house. HAHA.. I can NOT stop buying Ella clothes from eBay. I am getting some STEALS on Ralph Lauren stuff, so how can I? I haven't even STARTED for Eva. My husband is going to divorce me... although, we are going to (not that we don't already) have the best dressed kids around! Ha ha.. my MIL always comments on how well my kids are dressed, so that is an EXTREME compliment. Ok, going to look for some stuff for Eva...

On another note, I am getting sooo excited for Kara and Angelique's arrivals!!! I am DYING to see our gals playing together, it is going to be so AWESOME! I just cleared my memory card to have plenty of room of the 1094825487 pictures I know I am SURE to take. These next 13 days can not go by quick enough!! And then I get to see Grace and Antoinette too? Awww... we are going to have so much fun. Then let's not forget about the Girls Night Out we have planned. That is REALLY the part I am ready for!

I didn't have anything on my walls since we moved while I was 8 months pregnant. Well something flew up my ass today, because I hung a BOATLOAD of shit. Damned, I even hung things that weren't on the walls in my last apartment and were just WAITING for a spot, HAHA. Just need a bookcase and a few other minor things. I wish we had painted the girls room though, that is going to drive me nuts until I do it. Mom is giving us a flat screen TV for our bedroom so that can fill the void on that particular wall... the guest room is going to have miscellaneous stuff in it, but I am so happy with the way every thing came out. I love love love this place as it is, but when you put your stuff on the walls... its makes a house/apt, your HOME and I love it even more now!! Although.... it took me away from my eBay for AWHILE, and I lost track of my Watched Items and didn't get a few things I REALLY wanted - DAMMIT!!! lol.. Oh well, there is always tomorrow! xoxo

Back home again, FINALLY. I/we have been travelling so much that Ella things she is SUPPOSED to sleep with me. Good times. GACK. Anyway, we are HOME - for now.. hehe and happy to be! Nothing much going on. I am subjecting Eva to bathing with Ella. So far so good, then again... Eva cant steal Ella's things! No, I think they are going to just fine together. Ella is really a great kid. Although a few times this week we saw some severe glimpses of Terrible Twos... I think she is just normal and age appropriate. When they don't sleep, they go nuts. I love these gals though!!

On Friday Pat did the John Hannon Memorial 5K run. It was my first year getting to see it. We got some nice sweatshirts this year. I think its because it's the last year they will do it in honor of Hannon. Last year Pat ran with Ella, but went alone this year. I didn't even think to get a pic of him running, so here he is at the end. There were sooo many firemen there. No wonder they have groupies - LOL. I am only a groupie to one though... xoxo Paddy O!

Saturday we didn't do much. Pat's cousin Pauric and his wife Majella are here from Ireland. They have THE cutest little boy, Fionn. This kid is constantly laughing! Priceless. Pat had to pick them up from the airport and all that jazz, so we didn't spend much time with them.

Sunday, (today) Pat did the Tunnel To Towers Run, over the Brooklyn Bridge to the WTC site. There were sooooo many runners at this event. I think Guiliani said over 20,000! This time I did catch him on his run. Aww, isn't he cute?

We stayed around for the tribute to fallen firefighters and for the small street fair after. Mike (BIL), Annette (SIL), and their clan (Michael, Caitlyn and Meghan) joined us as did Pauric, Majella and Fionn.
